Crafty Ass Female podcast | Amanda Zampelli.jpg

The Crafty Ass Female podcast is an audio show that talks a bout the resourceful ways we women are living our lives and the crafty projects we create in between. The podcast has been live since December 2017, and YES: there is a cute little booty in its logo.

I am one of your hosts alongside the kickass creative that is Kristin Tweedale, and we believe that as women, we are capable badasses that already have all the tools we need to make beautiful things and make beautiful things happen.

BRAND NEW TO THE SHOW? EP 01 is a quick intro to the podcast talking about how the podcast came to be and what we hope comes of it. You’ll get to know our voices as we share the inspiration behind the title + our thoughts on the booty-ful logo.

Episodes 02 + 03 are meant to fill you in on mine and Kristin’s creative backstories, so you can get to know us and our point of view moving forward.

Kristin & I have chatted on many topics including:
      • the question What's my thing?                       • mental health & mental health again
      • crafter's block & creative ruts                         • social media HERE & NOW
      • overcoming comparison-itis                           • why we memory keep
      • making adult friends                                       • being resourceful in a sexist society

These themes have worked their way into the 'crafty' conversations we've had on the show with some of the most badass bunch of creative & resourceful women that we know - including Ali Edwards, Brandi Kincaid, Nita Patterson, and Erica Canant.  Kristin & I are so proud that our podcast has grown in this way & are honored to bring you the wisdom & inspiration of these special guests.

I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again — YOU ARE MY PEOPLE. This podcast excites me because I’m hoping we can connect more through this vehicle, and use it to learn from each other. Kristin & I were very adamant from the beginning that we wanted this podcast to not only be show, but be a community so we could hear your feedback on the topics we present & your unique crafty ass female perspective. We hope you take advantage of this + run with it, and you can do so in a number of ways...
